We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using premium carriers to ensure your French-crafted footwear arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your authentic French footwear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
General Conditions
- You have 15 days from receipt of your package to request a return or exchange
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging
- All accessories and documents provided with the product must be included
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our French craftsmanship, the following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or promotional items
- Customized or modified products made to customer specifications
- Certain « Fabrication française » items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Return & Exchange Process
